Can anyone help me to get the price that the guests sees when filtering  for a place to stay the same as my nightly rate when they get their summary of charges. Thank you...

You mean, if I am looking for a place, and I filter the price to say between 50-100, the number I see next to the listing?

They see the average daily price of the room rate, plus any weekly or monthly discount, plus the cleaning fee.

Service fee and any taxes are not included.

This is happening to me too. So they see $90 when comparing it to other places in the area, but only if they click on my listing do they see it is $80. Frustrating.

Just do a search for your property with dates, as if you are the guest.
