A Bad experience by resolution center!

I asked to be refunded for several damages that a guest caused to my property & I was checking my dashboard & the resolution center eveyday searching for a response from Airbnb.

Unfotunately after getting no response for several days, I double checked my email & noticed that they had overturned my request since they had sent me an email that I missed to see due to being busy & trusting the communciation via the Resolution Center!

I believe this is not fair & just that Airbnb team doesn't follow up the communication via the the "Resolution Center" or Dashboard as started & creates the risk for missing the follow-up.

Due to this I have lost my trust in Airbnb's "advocacy for an amicable solution"!

Please comment I you you've experienced the same thing as otherwise, I guess it's a bad experince for me!
