One of my guest left her period blood stain on my matress. Any suggestion what am I suppose to do to claim my damage?

buy waterproof covers for your mattrasses

also buy a mattress cover which you can just wash while it protects your mattress from staining and bedbugs.

My last guest left several stains on the expensive Egyptian Cotton bedding. House keeper has taken it to the cleaner, but we are not certain how much it will cost or if these expensive sheets and duvet will have to be replaced. I've reached out to the guest to make them aware, but how do you all suggest I handel the situation? All suggestions greatly appreciated. -Joe ***
