A guest just cancelled 3 hours before arriving. Do I request a fee. Cancellation 24 hrs

My guest just cancelled 9.30 am due at 12.30 pm. My cancellation policy is fill refund with 24 hrs notice, but weather is bad for travelling. Should I request a cancellation fee or not? Will I get one automatically?

According to Airbnb's policy (written one), you should receive money according to your chosen cancellation policy. But, sometimes it doesn't work like that... I don't want to be too critical, but you would have to read more about hosts' problems.

@Julie504 Airbnb will take care of refunding the appropriate amount. Let them handle.
