Additional Guests

We are new host at AIRBNB. We have set up a base princing wit the additional guest charge of R 100 per additional guest after the first 2 guest.   We received our first booking form AIRBNB, but they have not Charge extra for the  2 additional guest.  What did we do wrong or hoe can we rectify this problem?

check the total price per day on the reservation. Airbnb usually includes the extra guest charge to main fee and multiplies by no. of days.

if it's still not correct, contact Airbnb.
