before Airbnb both communicate by email and SMS. Now I only get SMS – I want all to be on email – SMS is ok as advice but must be on email too as I save on computer (not on mobile

How do I limit the number of guests to max 5 adults + children = max 8 persons ( or more children and fewer adults)

but not 8 adults as the last 2 enquiry?

We have 4 double beds and 2 bunk beds in 3 bedrooms + living room:
