Airbnb fees?

Dear Madam/Sir,

I can't understand how airbnb calculate airbnb fees for host.

I read that fee is 3%, but I have few Itinerary where the Airbnb Service Fee in not 3%

There are few exaples:

Amount   130 Fee 4   

Amount   225 Fee 8   

Amount   133 Fee 5   

Amount   126 Fee 5   

Amount   44   Fee 1   

For me is not a problem. I want just to be clear and I want to know how the fees calculates.

Hello @Venci0  I am not sure this will explain what you are seeing regarding the fee, but there are many questions about how inconsistent the fees and payouts from Air BNB appear to be.  One explanation received by hosts is that Air BNB calculates financial transactions in US dollars, converts to the appropriate currency rounding up to the nearest whole amount.  I wonder if that would be the explanation for you.

Probably it is the explanation.

 But how many convers.

 The amount is in Euros, then convert to US dollars , Goes up to nearest whole amount in dollars, then convert to euros, again goes up to nearest whole amount in euros and show me like a fee. 🙂

 It's a joke, of course

 May be I have to ask airbnb, not a community.
