Airbnb iphone app

My app is showing that I have a message, but when I go into the app, there is not message.  MY thought was there is a notification somewhere that I am missing and need to view, in order for it to be marked read.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Also, I tried deleting and re-installing the app but the ghost message notification still shows.

 same same same. Ive reprted two sepperate "tickets" and to what I see no action taken.

I Cannot contact airbnb. N yet the APP shows enquieries and bookings, however no details or messages from potential guests.  Am I missing out on bookings ???? 

When I check the website all my details etc are correct but no corresponding enquieries nor bookings. SO is the website correct and the app wrong ??????

Appaling technical support and customer relations...

AirbNb Have you now grown too big. Are you too good that you cannot be contacted easily...
