Alter Reservation AND Alter pricing as a host

I've send a Atleration Reservation to a client and for some reason they cannot see it.

When can they find this information in in their account?

It comes to them via email.

Specifically pointing out: 

"Host" means a Member who creates a Listing via the Site, Application and Services.

"Member" means a PERSON who completes Airbnb's account registration process, including but not limited to Hosts and Guests, as described under "Account Registration"
