Apply 1 Hour Grace Period to Instant Book

I list on multiple sites and calendars only sync every few hours.  I like using Instant Book, but it is only a matter of time before I get a double booking (I've had close calls).  If Instant Book would automatically be "Pending" for one hour, that may give the host an opportunity to check other calendar sources.

At the very least before an Instant Book is confirmed to the guest, the software should automatically sync with all external calendars.  That won't be foolproof because sometimes there are server issues that prevent the other sites from syncing, but it is a small measure of assurance.
