dashboard alert: You have a $50 US offer from Chelsea

Guest owed me $50 for cleaning fee that wasn't included in the original booking. She paid me via AirBnB. I recieved an ALERT on my dashboard saying, "You have a $50 USD offer from Chelsea" how does one collect this? I checked my paypal account and it is not there.

Go to the resolution center page. Click on the appropriate link to the claim and the details will come up. Then click accept. Hope that works for you.
