One of my guests claim that she was billed for 3 nights, although they only stayed for 2 nights. I received payment for 2 nights. How do I go about contacting Airbnb to resolve the issue?

your guest may be confused about other fees on the website and thinking it is 3 nights... please ask your guest to check the intinerary or the email receipt and it will see the nights, rates and other fees...
