Can I open a new (additional) host account and link it to my existing Airbnb Payonner card ?

Hello,

I would like to open a new user account linked to my existing Airbnb Payonner card in order to help a friend of mine living in a remote location (without internet but phone is working) to administrate his cabins and receive payment on his behalf.

I do not want to add this additional listing to my own account.
