No, the photos are licensed to Airbnb.  You do not own them.

firstly I think its very rude to use picture from an other host without premission. You can use the pictures from your listings, but it will be great if you can ask Airbnb service for professional photographer licensed by airbnb, because those picture will be certified by airbnb, and will have that little mark, so you will earn more money because travellers will trust you more, what is the point of the Airbnb.
