Cancellation due to an Accommodation not wheelchair friendly

Hi , 

 

i am a wheelchair user, i have booked an accomodation  that based on the accessibility description was supposed to be wheelchair friendly.

 

I sent  a confirmation  to the host after my booking but the host informed me that the accomodation is not wheelchair Friendly.

 

As the conditions were flexible i was able to get reimbursed exept the service Fee.

 

 

How can I be reimbursed of service fee knowing that i have cancelled because of a misleading information.

Contact Airbnb and explain, they can do the cancellation for you in a way you can have full refund.
