Cancelling reservations as host

Cancelling a reservation as a host when guest request changing reservations from 3 nights (our minimum) to 1 night.  Am I subject to Airbnb penalties for this cancellation??

I would refuse the change and let the guest cancel.  They knew when they booked that you have a 3 night minimum policy.  

And yes, any cancellation as a host that does not meet with the airbnb definition of extenuating circumstances will cause penalties. Do a forum search on host cancellation and you will find heaps of posts.
