Neighbourhood Co hosting is not yet available in South Africa. Is there a way around this for a house owner who does not want to be bothered with responding to messages and managing the profile etc, he only wants to be paid via the site. The host (myself) has set up the profile under my name and details and will be managing on his behalf. Can I just add his bank details to my profile?

Yes, you can route the payments into the bank account of your client.

Depends on what kind of arrangement you prefer.  I assist my neighbours by adding the listing into my profile and let the payment go to their bank account, billing them for the services at the end of the season.

It would also be possible to have a co-hosting setup and split the income with your percentage going into your account.
