Didn't get paid

Hello, 

I didn't get paid, my guests arrived 2 days ago and I didn't receive any e-mail that Airbnb would send me money on my account.

Usulluy they send me this e-mail next day after guests arrived.

Maybe somebody knows their e-mail where I can ask them for help?

I like to check the progress of my payments on line in my Airbnb account.  I find the transaction history useful.  If Airbnb have processed my payment it will show in the completed tab.  It does take a few days for the payment to appear in my account.

Call the number on your reservation and airbn is really good at assisting you in tracking the funds release.

I havent been paid for my last stay and they have been unhelpful to the point it was offensive they actually emailed me saying they had looked into it and "no worries, hope you get your payment" WT? That isnt an answer. I phoned again and they said "Oh well, no system is perfect. $600 and i dont expect to ever get it

I have the same problem. It has been almost a week since my guest arrived and still no payment.
Yes, it shows up in the section ``future payments`` that it needs to be paid, so I was waiting. But it never actually took Airbnb so long to send a payment. Almost one week.

Any suggestions?

Hello everyone i need little help. My quests arrived at 6.12.2016 and left the apartment 8.12.2016 and they told me that they landed money on account. I got mail from BNB that money should land at 14th december. Money still didnt land on account. Do you have any advice to give regarding this problem that it is not contacting them personally because im from serbia. Thanks in advance.

Have you solve your problem? We just got similar, got message from airbnb, that money will be tranfered in about 5-7 days, but still no money, guest not replying our messages.

AirBnb owes me over 5k currently and won’t even speak with me about it. I mentioned it to a guest who was due to arrive that day. In turn they cancel the guest reservation and refund 100% of their reservation cost with out either of us requesting. They have gotten too big. The company that used to care is now one that don’t compare

hello, i have had a similar problem. airbnb specialist supported me nicely, and i got the message that the payment was small(14euro), and it was wasted through commission in intermediary banks.

Same has happened to me! I have let my property x3 times this month and still no payment from Airbnb, also my bank have not received any correspondence with Airbnb!

Same story here in Dublin! I didn't get paid for a guy who stayed 2 nights and just checked out. To make matters worse, he was a terrible guest and took some items with him that belonged to us. I live chatted with Airbnb and they disconnected me. I have just rang customer support in Ireland and they said some hosts have been ringing about this... So it is obviously a big issue they need to fix ASAP. The agent was no help, just said "she would keep me posted."
