Email blocked

Hello! 

I want to send my guests some word documents/PDFs of detailed house directions, house rules, and some sites nearby via email. 

However, starting today, when they send me their email address it says 'Email Blocked'. 

Assume this is to prevent communication off Airbnb - is there a way to send these attachments within Airbnb?
