Extra guest charges

Hello all hosts and alike!

I have an extra charge for guests above 2 turned on, but the system never applies this charge when people book, and clearly indiicate 3 people are staying. I had left instant book on by accident and someone has booked with over 2 people, however the system charged them only a flat nightly rate. How do i a make sure this doesnt happen?

(extra charge is for bringing in an extra bed in the living room and the service/linen!)

You need to check your listings again.  As far as I can see, none of them have supplement for extra person after two.

When I do a mock reservation on Primrose Hill, I am charged the extra $25/night for the third person.  It looks like you also have Smart Pricing turned on as my price per night was only $151, not the $180/night base price listed.  This means my nightly price for 3 is actually less than the base price at $176/night.  

You do not have an extra person charge turned on for the Loft.
