Here’s the entire short inquiry from start to finish. 2 years and for me at least this is the most disturbing inquiry. BTW - Not scared or asking for advice simply sharing.

Saw that this guy had 7 reviews - however never bothered to read them before responding and immediatly declining: Here's one of his 7 reviews: Includes original host review in Italian and also I included google translate - only ammendment made by me was the removal of his last name.

I sometimes get: Are we alone on the property?

My experiance from 15 years of hosting:

Someone who absolutely wants to be alone on

the property wants to do something the landlord 

shouldn't see or hear.

And I am not interested to find out if there is an

exeption to this rule.
