Guest Reservation Status "Closed" but Calendar still showing "Pending"

How can I open my calendar once the guest has closed their reservation?  

My calendar indicates dates are booked/pending.

Hello @Jo86,

If you go to "Your reservations" and the status of the reservation says "closed" rather than "accepted" or "canceled" then there may be a problem with the guests payment or ID verifications.

Once you accept a reservation request Airbnb allows up to 24 hours for payment and any required ID verifications to be done.

Meanwhile your calendar will say "pending" for those dates.

This happened to me recently and the "pending" status for the dates went away 24 hours later as the guest didn't successfully complete payment.

It's a problem between the guest and Airbnb.

Thanks Steve, you were correct.  

Frustrating that it blocks out my calendar for 24hrs, not permitting other bookings, despite being an issue between the customer and airbnb.
