Special Offer

I received an enquiry for a booking that required adding an extra person.  

 

I added the extra person as apart of the 'special offer' process.  

 

The client said they clicked on the icon that says "book now" and tried to confirm and pay. However, the page did not allow them to continue because they were unable to adjust the number of guests according to the maximum that's allowed.

 

Why is the system not allowing them to complete the booking when I have approved the additional person as a special offer?

Not sure but if you advise them that you will withdraw the special offer and just allow the extra guest when they arrive it would solve your immediate problem. Call Air BnB to resolve.

Probably because it exceeds the maximum numbers for your listing. I would give BNB a call and ask their advice.
