Guest has IDs verified, but Airbnb says they still need to verify

Hi community! 

I have a guest who is trying to book, and airbnb says they have to verify their ID. The message says:

"Verification Pending

The guest must complete Verified ID within 12 hours to confirm the reservation"

However, their profile says they have 2 forms of verified ID. How do I confirm their booking?

Thank you, @Marzena4! It took a little time, but it appears the approval with through. Thanks for your response - it saved me a conversation with my guest that would have probably confused her & stressed her out!
