Guest having problem booking

We have a guest who wants to book, she is pre-approved and email verified but has never booked before. The dates she requires are open on our calendar. She wants to come tomorrow. What could be the problem? She looks genuine but is it possible that air b&b have detected a discrepancy? Grateful for any pointers!

The verification process takes time.  Is your setting to verified guests only ?  If so, you could turn it off while this person makes her booking.

I also have a guest who is having trouble booking. They are verified, and I have pre-approved them. I don't know what to do to trouble shoot with them. I think they are new to AirBnB too.
