I wonder if anyone has had a similar issue and how i can go about resolving this problem.
I had a guest that checked out after a day because the weather was bad (raining) and asked for a refund. Airbnb decided the case and
i received an email stating "unable to control any kind of weather and that your listing is very capable to resist to strong winds and heavy rains. So, your Guest won't receive any refund due to that."
A few days later this guest left a bad review and i receive an email from airbnb that my account was "temorarily suspended"!
would appreciate any help regarding this issue.
