Guest who rummage through my things

Dear community,

i have hosted since September last year and never have I had guests like this, they were messy, loud (and late in the night), drunk, broke my radiotor of the wall and went through my things.

What is the appropriat response to that?

Should i even get the police involved?

We recently had someone going through drawers in our living room, but it was not related to drinking. I think it was cultural. We were very uncomfortable and at a loss for words.
