Help with changeovers, Newlyn, Cornwall, UK

Hi All. I have a small 1 bed cottage in Newlyn, Cornwall, UK. I am thinking of putting it on Airbnb. Currently looking at costings etc. Does anyone local to Newlyn know anyone who can help out with changeovers? How much is it likely to cost to have the place cleaned and fresh laundry? Happy to pay a fair price for a fair service. I am not based locally.  Any help gladly appreciated. Thanks.
