Host Cancellation - 2 weeks later money still not reflected in my account

Hello,

 

I was wondering if someone could help me. My host cancelled on me a few days before our booking. I selected a full refund and have gone through all the necessary steps to do so. The airbnb note said the money should be in my account by the 10th of July. It's now the 15th and there is nothing pending or no evidence of a full refund in my account.

Has this happened to anyone else? 

How do I chase the money up?


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
