My husband and I were discussing house swapping this afternoon. We have a 2,000 sq foot home 3 beds/2 bath, jacuzzi tub, in the country with beautiful scenery. We are 7 miles from downtown Fredericksburg, 2 miles from famous Luckenbach, smack dab in the middle of the US's #2 wine destination!

We would consider swapping with most anyone, we like to travel to all kinds of places! Near, within driving distance, far away places, anything considered!

I have one lovely apartment in Old Town Riga Latvia and I have other one I can swap rooms. Both of my apartments are very lovely, great location and loved by my guests 🙂

Riga/Latvia is simply gorgeous all year round! Winder wonderland here feels like fairytale, Spring is simply magic, Summer is so much fun and Autumn colors will truly inspire you 🙂

Riga can be your main base, because location is great and prices are very good! You can easily do daytrips or weekend getaways to nearby countries. I had wonderful guests from Australia staying at one of my rooms for a month and they loved Riga so much, as well they were intensively travelling to other countries near by. Definitely add Riga/Latvia to your bucket list!!! I`m very well travelled myself and I can say honestly Riga is worth it all to be on a bucketlist 🙂

We have a 3 BR/2.5 BA one level home on 40 acres in the heart of lake country Minnesota.  We are also an alpaca farm and the house looks out to the alpacas!  1.5 miles to the Paul Bunyan Bike Trail and just minutes from numerous lakes with great fishing. I know you didn't list the US but we would love to do a swap if you're interested... we live in a ski resort area in Sun Valley, Idaho. It's beautiful in the Fall, Winter & Summer. Spring can be a bit rainy and muddy. We have a Guest House and a Main House that are available. We are able to trade pretty easily as we live in Los Angeles as well. We are looking to be in Barcelona Sept 6-Sept 11th, 2018. Are you interested in a swap? As I mentioned, the dates are flexible if you would want to schedule another date!!
