How to remove a preapproval

I preapproved a guest, but she never get back. How I can remove the preapproval, and unblock those dates.

@Alex107 You can remove a pre-approval if it is within the first 24 hours after you sent it.  Here's how:

Your calendar will freed up when you remove it or after the first 24 hours whichever comes first.

A pre-approval expires after 24 hours (and hence you are not able to remove it then) however a guest can still respond to it.  When that happens, you will receive an Airbnb message that allows you to decline the pre-approved reservation if you want to.

I pre-approved a guest a few days ago and now they want to book. They say my flat is showing as not available. In my calendar it shows their name on a grey band. In notifications I can only decline their request (pre-approve is feint and doesn't work). How do I resolve this without declining them and then asking them to book (again)?
