Why do I get booking requests with out photo or ID

I am brand new to Airbnb , seems very difficult to get any information directly from the company

It takes a lot of hosting experience to learn all the tricks (of airbnb and guests), @Bill158. No photo is a recent idea of airbnb's, which many hosts are against.
