Improved communication

We have had five enquiries in a row where the guest has made unreasonable/unlisted requests.  (Our listing is clear if you choose to read it)  Or where a guest replied outside the 24hour window to say it was too expensive (when another guest had made an enquiry for the same dates).

 

In short - guests should be given 24 hours and should be told to stay in CLOSE COMMUNICATION with HOSTS!!!!

 

As such we have had to decline the last four enquiries..
