Money debited

Dear admin, 

This morning i have do a reservation for airbnb at Taiwan. The host has declined my request yet my credit card has being debited the full amount. 

Before i perform the transcation, it pop up a statement " money only will be debited when host has confirm the reservation". But now the payment has go thru (confirmed with bank).  

Kindly look into it.
