My listing doesn't appear

My listing doesn't appear, and as the highest tourist time in my city approaches, I haven't had a nibble.  Is there a human being who can help me see that my property is listed ?

Hi, @Barbara. I didn't find you when I used just Oaxaca, Mexico, but I found you on page one when I typed in La Constitución, Oaxaca, Mexico. Here is a screenshot.

Already for more than a month, our listing doesn't appear to most countries in Europe( we asked more friends to find us) even if the monthly price is set right, and all the other parametres.

How can we change this??? And how can we contact ANYONE OF AIRBNB CUSTUMER SUPPORT themselves, it should be easy to staighten this out and put us back on. WHY can't we find an email adress or phone nr. of the custumor support anywhere??

While going through the laberynthine "community help" of Airbnb, which is very little help, I read that you need to Tweet them.  I did, and even got a phone call with a real live person !!
