Never got the review prompt

I had an important guest.  It was her first Airbnb experience.  The system did not prompt for a review.  What do I do?  Thanks.

Hello @Andrea89,

You can contact Airbnb and report the glitch. Has it been more than 24 hours from checkout? Coz review form opens only after 24 hours.
