New to Airbnb, hosted, guests wrote reviews but I'm not getting them. They are frustrated!

My guests have told me that they wrote good reviews as soon as they left and I have yet to see them posted.   They were disappointed that they didn't show up.  What can be done to have these reviews show up on my page?

That is odd, although typically guests and hosts will receive an email reminding them to leave a review around 24 hours after check out. Have you received this email? Go into your dashboard and see if you have a review in your notifications tab.

Reviews are only visible once both of you complete the review. Have you reviewed them?
