No Prompt for Review After Guest Checks Out and No Notification at Profile->Reviews

Hello, my guest have already checks out since 2 days ago and I have yet received any prompts (in email as well) to give a review. I've also check out the info from the community and checked under my profile->review sections, there are no notifications as well. Please kindly help. Thanks.

I have the same problem! Furthermore, when I click on the reservation, and click on the leave a review button, nothing happens.

If you don't see it within a few days after checkout, contact Airbnb. This is a common problem and they can easily fix it for you.
