Official option to only host women or couples

I am a woman who lives alone, rents an extra bedroom for two people, and only accepts requests from women & couples. I would love a setting where I could explicitly list this. I can explain this in my House Rules section, but people rarely read that before requesting to book. This is also one of my main hesitations for turning on Instant Book. It would be nice if a person's profile stated their gender (I know this can get complicated), and if they were booking for more than one person, they had to link the other person's Airbnb profile too. I.e., all guests must have an Airbnb profile. My listing would only show up to women & couples. Single men wouldn't even see my place as an option, because every time I decline, my listing drops.
