Payment not received

I am a new host and have not received full payment - Air BnB advised they would deposit $0.01 into my account then the balance would follow but that was 14 days ago.  I cannot find a contact number - I'm in Sydney can anyone help. Thanks you.

What are you awaiting payment for? The $0.01 would have been part of the set-up process, to verify your bank account. What 'balance' are you waiting on? Have you hosted any bookings yet? If so, these are paid 24 hours after the guest arrives - to the payout method that you confirmed when setting up your property listing.

I have a similar problem. I had my first booking and my payout in my bank account says $0.01 and my account says pending verification. I cannot see how to verify on the Airbnb end.
