Did the guest give a reason for canceling? If it had nothing to do with a legitmate problem with your listing, and the guest just had a change of plans, etc, then the following applies.

 

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are 100% refunded.
