@Jean222 Just to let you know a security deposit is not all it's cracked up to be. If the guest agrees it's fairly straightforward. But if not you have to jump through hoops in a limited amount of time and/or before the next guest arrives, fill in forms, supply extensive documentation, and Airbnb limitations to getting it can be expansive such as a broken chair considered "wear and tear".
I do have a security deposit but it's merely to deter irresponsible people.
