Smoking

I recently have had a couple of incidents of smoker guests smoking in the house and putting cigarette ends down the drains in the house causing blocked drains and an awful smell. Does anyone have a clause or fine for guests in such instances.

There are two separate issues, @Marie750.  One is the guest is breaking rules, which is addressed in your negative review and the other is the guest is causing damage, which is addressed in the Resolution Center.  If you can document damage is directly related to the guest behavior, you make a claim.  If you can prove the guest broke a rule, you either ask the guest to leave or if after the fact, you can post a negative review.  Both require your being able to demonstrate the guest responsibility.  Good luck!!
