Special offer to anyone

I have been trying to figure out how to offer a discount to anyone trying to book my place. All the information I've found online relates to making a special offer to a guest or a number of guests but I would like to create a situation where anyone trying to book can see a special offer/discount that applies to a certain date range and expires in a given period. 

I see it on other listings. Here's an example of what I'm seeing that I would like to create for my own listing:

There isn't a way for a host to set up a per centage special offer for a defined period for alll guests.

Airbnb, at its discretion, sometimes offers that possibility to hosts, especially new ones.

No, you don't have to be chosen. Look to your pricing button and select a percentage discount or make a special offer when they inquire about your most beautiful home.
