Specifying listing location...

I have my listing in Cape Town, more specifically in Greenpoint. Cape Town is a relativaly big city, so specifying the neighborhood is important. When putting in the search, Greenpoint can be specified , BUT still all the places in the whole of Cape Town will appear (17 pages!), so the search is not limited to what you want, and it is very frustrating. Why does Airbnb not have a specific search per area, where only the places of that area will show? One might assume that the map will solve this, as then you can click on places in the specific location, BUT in many instances, there will be too many listings to put them all on the map or they overlap, so often your place will not be visible.

Do other hosts also encounter this as a shortcoming on Arbnb's website?
