Superhost Reward

super host $100 Reward disappeared and I was charged on my last two trips :((

In January 2018 I received the 100$ reward for being superhost for one full year. I booked two short trips in May and my Credit Card was charged :((( Any idea how to get in touch with Air BnB apart from this forum?

I'm in my fourth year of hosting and didn't realize there was an expiration. What a dissapointment to learn I only had the coupon for this year!
