TV issue

I had guests who looked at my apartment and LEFT because there was no TV. On the faciities page, I did not tick TV. But I'm guessing in this day and age everyone expects it. I will try to make it clearer on the webpage that there are no TV sets.

Should I give them a refund? Advice appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear your guests left when they saw you didn't have a TV. If it was crossed off in your amenities you have no obligation to give them a refund - they should have read your listing! It may be worth adding a note in your description as well to make it clear.

Are you saying that your guests did not read the amenities list correctly?

 

if so, this is a common problem and how its handled will depend on your cancellation policy, so that your first port of call then contact AirBnb help centre.
