Snooze your listing and check all the pricing. It's pretty messy:

You offer one room that can hold 10 people and has 4 bedrooms and 4 private baths!

You must create a separate listing for each bedroom you want to offer, check the pricing (there is an option to charge for any extra guest above XX).
