people not booking appropriately

Hi I need advice, 3 guests pay for 1 double room and 1 single bed in a twin room, when they arrive they ask for three individual bedrooms, surely they havnt paid enough as I charge 125 dollars a night each per  room, and all up they have paid 180,can you advise please thanks

I looked at your listings and you only have one for 3 rooms.

@Kathy258, I read your listing, and it might be easier on you if you make each room a separate listing.

That way guests understand that if they want more than one room, they need to book and pay for more than one room.

A lot of hosts do private rooms this way, and it completely clears up the confusion about how many rooms guests will use.
