The host sent me money, I did not receive it. Why?

Hi,

My host agreed to sent me money and I got a confirmation from Airbnb that my host sent me the money and to wait max 7 busines days. Its now 10 busines days and I did not get the money in my bank account. I wrote to Airbnb and they basically said, its not their problem. Why is that?

i can not imagine Airbnb said this to you. Must be some more information.

They did not say that its not their problem but they said that its between me and the host but what they do not say is that i got an email from Airbnb saying that the money was sent.  Here is the screenshot.

Nobody here can tell you how long it will be, seems that they take a lot longer to do this than they quote.
